For an existing assistance request, reply to the follow-up email you received. For medication request correction or deletion, you can also submit a medication assistance request using the same email and reference.
Do not send passport details, prescriptions, medical records, account passwords or payment information through feedback. We cannot handle emergencies; contact local emergency services or your provider.
