Your phone-number situation determines whose identity appears as the UOM registered owner, not whether you can request assistance. In our October 2026 hands-on workflow, a number already verified for one identity could not verify another. Both routes include full handling for US$80, after we confirm that the selected registered-owner arrangement meets UOM requirements.
Have a +86 number — register in your own name
Your number must receive UOM verification SMS, stay available for later account recovery and be eligible for your own identity rather than already verified for somebody else.
US$80 full assistance: we help verify your passport identity and register the aircraft under your own eligible UOM account, then supply the registration result and practical handover materials once UOM approves.
No +86 number — eligible individual / organization route
You can still request US$80 full assistance by using an eligible individual or organization as the actual UOM registered owner, where the ownership arrangement is lawful and the registrant agrees. Registration will not be in your personal name.
Before proceeding, we explain whose name appears on the registration mark, who controls the UOM account, who handles future changes and any documents needed to substantiate ownership. Simply borrowing somebody else’s identity for a drone you still own is not an acceptable shortcut.
CAAC requires real-name registration by the aircraft’s owner; the owner may be an individual or organization. If you remain the legal owner, using somebody else’s account does not make them the owner. Any genuine change of ownership or possession may require UOM cancellation or updates. What happens after you submit?
First we confirm the actual UOM registered owner and agree on the US$80 scope, then follow the appropriate owner-verification and aircraft-registration process.

Confirm the lawful owner
After agreement, we confirm whether you or a qualifying individual / organization owns and will register the drone, then collect the relevant materials.

Verify the account holder
We assist with the actual UOM registrant’s identity or organization verification, then follow official review.

Register the aircraft
After the registered owner is approved, we check the model, serial and photos and submit the corresponding aircraft record.
