Official site · In Chinese · Account and identity review may still be required.

Check the real publisher and domain. The iPhone listing identifies the CAAC Information Center as its developer. For Android and browser access, use uom.caac.gov.cn; never enter your passport details, login password or verification codes into an unverified download website.

Quick fixes, not a second tutorial

What if I cannot download or open UOM?

The app is missing in my country's store

Do not trust APK mirrors or look-alike apps. Open the official UOM website in your browser instead.

Android download or UOM page does not load

Reopen the CAAC website directly. If it remains inaccessible, follow the overseas access recovery guide.

I installed UOM but cannot get an SMS code

This is a registration or phone-number blocker, not an app download problem. Use the UOM SMS troubleshooting guide.

I can open UOM, but registration is confusing

Follow the full foreign-passport registration walkthrough with verified reference screenshots and failure recovery.

What happens after you open UOM?

Downloading an app or creating an account is not proof that your aircraft is registered. Finish real-name aircraft registration and check the official registration record and mark before planning a flight. Flight permission is a separate task.
